If actual shipping fees are less than the rates listed above, the difference will be refunded.

Note: Flat rate shipping not applicable for addresses deemed rural by Canada Post. A Canada Post designated rural address is one with an "0" in the first three characters of the postal code. An invoice for the difference in shipping fee will be emailed to you and payment will need to be made before your order ships out.

All shipping fees include tracking number and insurance covering up to $100. If you'd like to purchase additional insurance to cover the full value of your order, please contact us for rates.

You can also arrange for free local pickup at our location near Steeles Ave. East and Hwy 404 in Thornhill/Markham. Select the "local pick-up" option at check-out and you will be contacted to arrange a time to pick up your order.

We make every effort to have your order shipped as quickly as possible. My Lil Sweet Pea cannot be held responsible for postal delays beyond the estimated delivery times given.

General Return/Exchange/Cancellation Policy

We make every effort to process your orders in a timely manner. As such, if you contact us to request to cancel your order, your order will incur a 10% restocking fee. 

If you wish to return items purchased on our website, please contact us within 10 days of receipt for a refund (less shipping and handling charges), or 15 days of receipt for exchange or store credit. Items must be in their original packaging, with the tags on, unused, and in resalable condition. If you return an item that has been used no credit will be issued or you can choose to have the merchandise shipped back to you at your expense. Before returning any items, you must email your request to info @ mylilsweetpea.ca with "RETURN" in the subject field, at which time return instructions will be sent to you. Please note if you would like store credit or an exchange. Upon receipt of returned item, a full refund will be applied, minus the actual cost of shipping. All shipping costs are the responsibility of buyer including the return shipping cost and the cost of shipping the package to you. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages when shipping items back to us. Purchases made with promotional codes, coupons or gift certificates are eligible for exchange only. Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges on final sale items. For any questions or concerns regarding the return/exchange process, email customer service at info @ mylilsweetpea.ca. For cloth diaper purchases, make sure you wash only one diaper and try it on your baby to ensure the correct sizing. Once diapers have been washed and worn, they are not valid for refunds or exchanges for hygienic reasons.
